Technical logs: Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times and technical information to operate and secure the service. The exact retention period and processor information must be confirmed in the hosting agreement.

Web analytics: With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may measure website visits. Analytics is disabled by default and starts only after consent and configuration of a valid measurement ID.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Our hosting and email providers (Register.it or the service provider specified in the contract) and, if enabled with consent, Google may process relevant information. Google processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area; the applicable safeguards must be checked in the current Google terms.

4. Retention

We retain enquiries only as long as necessary to respond and address potential legal claims; a specific deletion policy must be established. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser until changed or browser data is cleared. The Google Analytics retention setting must be configured in the GA4 account.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie settings in the footer. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
